Caritha established LCLC Drafting in 2006

and built it from small beginnings to an established building design and drafting business. LCLC Drafting provides 3D presentation (BIMx) for concept design and quality documentation for planning and building application

Caritha thrives on interpreting complex ideas and concepts, as she works with individual clients and builders to design and document exclusive custom single and double storey homes, home renovations and multi unit projects.
