Pure luxury...

This residence resides in Port Geographe.

It overlooks the Vasse Estuary at the front and Port Geographe Canals at the rear. The house is double storey with 3m ceilings on both storeys with third floor height roof deck.

Formcraft construction and full height, double glazed curved windows with up to 6m radius arcs contributes to energy effiiciency. The entry view reaches from the front porch through the house, out the back onto the canal to add grandeur to this home.

Magnificent...

Provided with a sketch and a general idea of what the clients wanted, it was evident that this was going to be a great home.

Over a few weeks we refined the design allowing for site and budget constraints, to create a home specific to the clients. We made the most of the northerly aspect with summer sun protection while allowing for the lovely winter sun to flood the living areas. Being a family of cooks, the clients desired a large and beautifully designed kitchen where they can all cook together. The design provided fuss free open plan living with areas of separation that can be be closed off. The truly beautiful home has touches of luxury as well as space and ambiance. We created a wonderful home environment which the clients, their entire family and friends thoroughly enjoy.
